PingPup Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing PingPup for your infrastructure monitoring needs. We are dedicated to providing enterprise-grade edge uptime telemetry and want you to be completely satisfied with our service.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases of PingPup Pro and Agency subscriptions:

• If you are unsatisfied with our monitoring service or edge accuracy for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, contact our support team to request a full refund.
• No complicated hurdles or minimum downtime proof required.

2. Subscription Renewals

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced and automated multi-region probes have been executed.
• If you were charged for an annual renewal that you intended to cancel, please notify us within 48 hours of the charge, and we will issue a full refund minus any applicable processing fees.

3. Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Customer Billing Portal (/dashboard/profile or via our Merchant of Record).
• Upon cancellation, your account will retain Pro or Agency privileges until the end of your current paid billing period.
• At the end of the billing period, your account will gracefully downgrade to the Free Tier (up to 2 monitors with 24-hour check intervals), and no further charges will occur.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage contacting PingPup Support ([email protected] or via the in-app support drawer) prior to filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.

Filing an unwarranted chargeback may result in automated suspension of your monitoring fleet and loss of custom status page vanity domains.

5. Merchant of Record Refunds

All refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record and credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds typically reflect on your bank or credit card statement within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
